If you receive an item that you are not content with, then we will gladly help rectify the problem. We can offer you an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item as long as the item is in its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item, you must contact us by phone or email and we will guide you through the process. You can also visit our store if you would like to exchange your garment or accessory for another one.

Any items that have been tampered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Cost of returning the goods to The Cashmere Gallery, should they not be suitable, is at the expense of the customer and is not refundable.
