All purchases over �49 are entitled to free delivery worldwide. Items are sent within 24 hours of the payment being accepted. If multiple items are bought, then we will send them together. If a few of those items are out of stock, then we will wait for those to become available before shipping your order. If one of the purchased items becomes no longer available, then we will contact you.

If you have a deadline that you need to meet, then please make the purchase and then contact us by phone or email and we will try and fulfill your request. Please note that this may become difficult for us during busy periods such as Christmas, however we will attempt to have all items sent to you as soon as possible.

Items that are in stock usually take 1-2 working days to arrive if sent to the UK.

Any orders shipped to Europe can take between 3-5 days to arrive.

All other worldwide orders take up to 5-7 days to arrive.

All orders will be sent by courier service and we will provide you with tracking numbers. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, orders can very rarely take a little longer to arrive. Before contacting us, please allow 14 days for your order to arrive.

All items will require a signature as proof of delivery.
